As I sit...

Here at work in this side of the Atlantic ocean, my mom is in the hospital in the surgery Ward having a biopsy on the mass that is pressing against her spine and I have to wait for news.

God give my mom the strenghth to go through this, and God let it not be something very serious...my mom is still young...

These days

...I am very bored at work. Business is totally dead and I find myself just staring at my computer screen while my boss is not in the office, surfing the net, for anything that comes to mind...

When the boss is here, it's horrible as I cannot surf the net and I have find something to do, most of the time faking as I can't find anything...

The days drag and I find myself very tired when I leave the office. Why tired I ask if I don't do anything? Good question...I guess tired from boredom, that's the only thing I can think of!

THANK GOD its friday! Looking forward to the weekend as Sunday is my birthday and I turn 45...gezzzzzzzzz where have all the years gone!?

Waterproof Olympus

I feel much better with the purchase of the waterproof camera...Last Sunday we took it to the beach for the first time and the photos didn't come out like I would have liked them, but I was not familiar with the settings on the camera...today was a hit in the pool...!

Why is this week taking so long!? It feels like the days are dragging. Maybe because I'm anxious for next week. My mom is doing the biopsy on the 27th and I've been praying for her constantly. I know that God will also be with her and watching over her.

Sunday is my birthday, and to be honest I haven't thought about it very much. My mind has been elsewhere at all times not having any time to think about myself.

Here I am at a home inspection sitting on the living room couch babysitting the house while the buyers go around with the inspector. It's making me sleepy and relaxed thus the reason I picked up my Droid and came to write this post.

I still have a bunch of photos from the weekend to post but have been both lazy and busy to do it.

I got to try my waterproof camera on Naushon but was not happy with the way the photos came out. I believe I had the settings wrong but will soon find out when I take photos of the kids this afternoon at the pool and the decide whether or not I will keep the camera or return it for the Canon d10. We'll see...!

Alex is also out fishing. He decided to try it and so far he seems to like it...

Sunday Fun in the Water

Another Sunday cruising on the boat and spending the day at Naushon on a deserted beach...!

Got to use my waterproof camera for the 1st time, but because I'm not familiar with the setting of an Olympus, I goofed and the photos came out horrible...! Regardless of what the photos show, we all had blast :)

Can't wait to go back, hope the weather holds out until September :)

Today I went to TJ Max after work and splurged on a handbag...I really needed something different for the Summer as I had been wearing the same handbag since Christmas when I purchased a fake Prada in New York...

Here it is!  I love it, and love it even more after finding the real prices on line...I paid half the price....whoohooo...!
